Refund policy
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time for any reason, since all of our items are made to order.
Refunds
Since our products are made to order, we are only able to offer refunds for damaged, defective, incorrect, or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse or products ordered in the wrong size. If you received a damaged or otherwise incorrect item, we will be happy to rectify the situation. Please send us an email detailing the issue and any pictures of the item to hello@celebritycutes.com within 48 hrs of receiving your order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and will let you know if a refund has been approved. In this case, we would be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@celebritycutes.com.
Item lost in transit
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please give a couple of more days for the package to show up. If the package still hasn’t arrived, let us know no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Item marked as delivered but not received
If the mail carrier has marked the package as delivered and you don't see your package, we recommend you check with your local carrier office. Unfortunately, we cannot cover refunds due to carrier errors or failure to locate packages once delivered.
Item not delivered due to incorrect address
If we were notified that your order is being returned by the shipping carrier because the address information provided was incorrect, then we are not liable for reshipment charges.
Please contact us at hello@celebritycutes.com if you want us to reship the order, and please confirm your correct address. We will be happy to reship your order and will provide information on reshipment costs.
